I recently joined Tarbell, REALTORS after a long stretch of time spanning two professional careers in Human Resources and Information Technology. I was the Director of Compensation and Benefits for Alta Bates Corporation (a large health care holding company in the East San Francisco Bay Area). My information technology career centered around Spectrum Human Resource Systems, PeopleSoft and Oracle Corporations for 22 years where I worked with Human Resources Management systems specializing in recruiting systems, public sector organizations and defined benefit pension administration systems.
I joined Tarbell, REALTORS in Palm Springs because of their stellar reputation as the premier privately owned real estate organization in Southern California not to mention their extremely thorough training and mentoring programs as well as constant on-going training opportunities.
I moved to the Palm Springs area on a full time basis in May of 2007 from Northern California where I was born and raised. I attended San Jose State University where I majored in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. After college I spent four 4 years in the U.S. Air Force.
I look forward to being a knowledgeable resource for all my clients and potential clients. Being new to the Real Estate profession on a full time basis allows me the distinct advantage of being able to fully concentrate all my efforts on fewer clients resulting in outstanding service and attention to detail. Since joining Tarbell the vast majority of my clients come from referrals of previous clients. I look forward to having a chance to work with you.
