"New Technology – Same Old School Service"
Welcome to my Agent Bio ! In a world that is now dominated with technology in every phase of business, including Real Estate, my slogan "New Technology - Same Old School Service" is based on giving you that personal one on one, face to face attention that you deserve.
I received my Real Estate license in 1984 and I have absolutely loved being a part of this dynamic, ever evolving business. That being said I have the knowledge and training to help you with all your Real Estate needs whether you are a first time buyer, seasoned buyer, selling your home or even relocating to another area or even another state
Having lived many years in the San Gabriel Valley prior to coming out the Inland Empire I have extensive knowledge of properties ranging from the SGV, the far fringes of L.A. County, all the way east up to and including the San Bernardino and Riverside County communities and as far west as the beach communities.
On the personal side I am the father of one daughter who together with my son in law, gave me 6 wonderful grandchildren who all live in the community of San Bernardino. I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force, and a member of the local Widomar Chapter of the VFW Post 1508. I am an expert in working with Veterans, having negotiated numerous "deal of a lifetime" purchases for my buyers the most recent of which was for my daughter and son in law whereby we were able to negotiate a "VA NO-NO" (no down no closing costs!)
In my “spare” time I am involved in family activities, love to attend jazz festivals/events near and far, love to travel, and particularly enjoy spending a day in the wine country of Temecula of which I happen to be a member of 4 wine clubs!
In closing please do not hesitate to call and ask me anything about Real Estate that you are wondering about. I am dedicated to my profession and I can always be reached day or evening 7 days a week.
